Zoning Board of Adjustment
The Board of Adjustment handles “C” Variance and “D” Variance applications for non-permitted uses as defined by local Borough Ordinance.
The Board consists of seven (7) regular members and two (2) alternate members.

Planning Board
The Planning Board reviews subdivision and site plan applications as well as site plan waiver applications for non-residential uses. They also review the Master Plan and review zoning ordinances of the Governing Body.
The Planning Board consists of nine (9) regular members and two alternate members.
Planning Board meetings are typically held on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month and begin at 7:00 p.m. The first meeting during the month is a work session and the second monthly meeting is a regular meeting in addition to the work session. Check the website for the most updated schedule.
